I. For Albert's assignment: 1. Transcript the recording, including pauses, ah's, um's, etc. 2. Highlight the verbs used, in yellow. 3. Underline the nouns with 1-to-1 correspondence, eg government organizations.
II. For Damien's assignment: 1. Size 12 font 2. Double space 3. 標楷體 4. 全形 punctuation 5. Subject and document name: "name (one space) student number (one space) The Case for Brands"
So, for example, my subject and document name would be "Alan 495296042 The Case for Brands"
